春天无疑是我们一年中最喜欢的季节,我们很高兴用新推出的四月份特色菜——鲑鱼刺身77来赞颂这美好的时节。


甄选高品质三文鱼刺身,搭配秘制柑橘酱汁,最后点缀上圆润饱满的三文鱼子,由此创造出新派刺身料理。

77这个数字对我们的创始人 Alan 来说是特别的,同时这个数字也是为了致敬单板滑雪之父——BURTON滑雪板品牌的创始人Jake Burton Carpenter,纪念他的辉煌与传奇。同时非常感谢令人难忘的20-21冬季赛季!

Spring is undoubtedly our favorite time of year and we’re delighted to pay tribute to this gorgeous weather with our new April specialty dish – Sake Sashimi NS77.

Only the highest grade Salmon Sashimi is used, marinated in a citrus soy dressing and topped with Ikura, Salmon Roe, creating New Style Sashimi.
The number 77 is special for our founder Alan, and is meant as a tribute to Burton Snowboards' founder, Jake Burton Carpenter, in rememberance of his legacy, and to give thanks to the amazing 20-21 winter season!

From Okinawa Ramen to Crab Hot Pot,  Roasted King Crab Legs and Aki Sushi Tartare, Hatsune continues in their tradition of creating regular off-menu dishes to keep their sushi addicts on their toes and delighted to keep coming back for more.
